You specify the goods you order with quantity, name, color, and price.
Delivery:
Is done with DHL, alternatively with postal parcel. Goods delivered with DHL are notified by the shipping company before delivery.

Payment:
Is done on delivery, alternatively advance payment to our postal giro 980132-5 bank giro 824-9229.
Prices:
Prices stated include the applicable value-added tax of 25%.
Cancellation:
Can be made against compensation of 10-100% of the order value depending on the product and time.
Transport damage:
In the event of transport damage, both the transport company and Svenska Inredningar must always be reported. The report must be made immediately.
Guarantees
We do not have a general guarantee for the goods we sell.
Complaints:
For complaints about goods, we apply the Consumer Act. The right to complain only applies to original defects, a defect that appears within six months is considered original, unless the seller can demonstrate that the applicable care instructions for the goods have not been followed.
The consumer must prove that there is a defect in the goods. The seller is responsible for. if the defect already existed when the goods were delivered, but it is the buyer who must prove that there was a defect in the goods at all.
Returning the goods is not equivalent to an approved complaint.
Fee for unclaimed shipment or failed delivery attempt
In cases where packages are returned to Svenska Inredningar because the recipient has not redeemed the package from the delivery point, or has not been reachable, refused to accept the delivery, or has provided incorrect name/address/contact information, Svenska Inredningar will charge a fee of SEK 300.
Delivery issues:
Svenska Inredningar bears the risk if a purchased item is damaged during delivery/transport.
Only when an item has been delivered does the responsibility for any errors pass to the consumer.
